More 8 months

Jordan at 6 months and Hailey at 8 months.

August - 8 Months

8 months of sweetness.  We are loving seeing Hailey's personality develop.  She was really crawling this month, plus starting to pull up on things.  She loves baths (especially with her sister) and the jumpy. She started "clapping" too.  Overall,  I felt like things got a lot easier for me, since Hailey was happier and didn't have to be held quite as much.  She did get a bit fussy when away from Mom, but nothing too bad.  

Jordan continued to have a fun summer, enjoying the pool, fun with friends and gymnastics. She loves the book Pinkalicious and wants to read it everyday.

July - Month 7

I'm woefully behind in my blog goal, so this month will be a quick recap.  Summer just seems to speed by so fast!  Hailey is so happy these days, enjoying being more mobile and able to sit up and play with her sister.  She loves being part of the action.  She still adores her sister and dog and wants to play with whatever they are playing.  She will also hold onto things if you place her standing (like a coffee table) - although not terribly steady at this point.  

Jordan continues to be more outgoing.  I loved these pictures taken at the 4th of July Fair this month.  She would have never done those rides a few months ago.  So much fun to see her get excited and participate in things like this.  Such joy.

Happy 4th of July!

9 month checkup

Hailey is 9 months old and had her checkup. She is staying consistent on the curve at 16 lbs, 8 oz. 28 inches and 18" head circumference.
