Organizing BBQs are serious business! 
The whole officeAt work we had a early 4th of July celebration today- it was a gorgeous day here in Chapel Hill 80 degrees with a breeze. We ordered BBQ from the Q Shack - which specializes in a vinegar based sauce. While my heart will always stay with Kansas City style sweet BBQ, this was a pretty great alternative.
