I will be on my way to IRELAND! I am going on the trip with my mom and I know we are going to have such a great time. Has anybody been? Have any tips or travel stops to recommend?

Mike and I went to Ireland in the fall of 2006!! It's so freaking beautiful you will just love it.
I recommend the Wicklow Mountains (Braveheart was filmed there - it's the most beautiful countryside) and I took care of a patient the other day who's from there and she said if I ever went back to go to Kerry, Ireland - so maybe try that!
I don't think you'll be disappointed no matter where you go there, it's beautiful and crisp and really peaceful. Do take a jacket though, BRR!!
OH - and I don't know if your mom is into this, but we loved the Guinness Storehouse which is in Dublin.
I went to Ireland with my mom after we graduated college. It was wonderful & the people are so nice & love to drink their Guiness. Make sure you go to some pubs, there's nothing like it! And it is one of the most beautiful places I have been!
